EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
On February 10, 2015, the Board of Port Commissioners (BPC) appointed Mona Dickerson to the AOC for a three year term commencing March 1, 2015. Ms. Dickerson's term ended on February 28, 2018. In accordance with BPC Policy No. 0776, Port Audit Oversight Committee, the two AOC Commissioner members, the Chief Financial Officer, and the Chief Administrative Officer/Vice President have recommended reappointment of Ms. Dickerson for another three-year term, and, on March 8, 2018, the AOC concurred with this recommendation.

Adopt a Resolution reappointing Mona Dickerson to the San Diego Unified Port District Audit Oversight Committee for a second term of three years duration commencing March 1, 2018.

DISCUSSION:
The Audit Oversight Committee (AOC) is composed of two members from the Board of Port Commissioners (BPC) and three external members from the public. On February 10, 2015, the BPC appointed Mona Dickerson to the AOC as a public member for a three year term commencing March 1, 2015. Ms. Dickerson's term expired on February 28, 2018.
